Focus on the sensations within your body, allowing your breath to guide you deeper into relaxation. As you settle, bring awareness to specific acupuncture points that play a vital role in alleviating chronic urticaria and its related stresses. Begin with BL50, located on your back, just below the lower ribs. This point helps regulate the stomach, promoting balance in digestion and comfort in the body. Envision a warm, soothing light enveloping this area, easing any tension. Next, shift your attention to GB5, found on the side of your head, near the temples. This point supports the skin and helps calm emotional disturbances. Imagine this light spreading to your skin, creating a protective barrier against irritation. Now, bring your focus to Ha1, located at the inner corner of your eyes. While avoiding direct pressure near the eyes, visualize this point fostering clarity and calmness in your facial expressions, alleviating any stress-related symptoms. Move to GV7, positioned along the spine, just below the neck. This point regulates the spine and promotes a sense of grounding. Feel the energy flowing gently along your spine, aligning your posture and easing tension. Finally, concentrate on TH12, located along the side of your torso. This point regulates Qi, enhancing the flow of energy throughout your body. Picture a vibrant energy rushing through you, clearing away blockages and fostering tranquility. As you meditate on these points, allow the sensations of warmth and light to harmonize your body's energies. Envision each point working together, creating a gentle ebb and flow that balances your emotional state and alleviates the discomfort of hives. Breathe deeply, feeling the release of tension with each exhale. Trust in this natural process of healing, inviting peace and balance into your life. Allow this state of harmony to settle within you as you continue in your deep meditation. To comment, subscribe to the newsletter and get exclusive BioCoherence offers, please create a free account
