(Testicular discomfort, Lower abdominal pain, Swelling)
This recipe targets testicular pain with LV3 (Taichong) to smooth Qi, SP6 (Sanyinjiao) to nourish Yin, BL32 (Ciliao) to reduce pelvic pain, and CV3 (Zhongji) to regulate lower abdomen. It reduces swelling. Contraindications: Avoid SP6 in pregnancy; use caution with BL32 in pelvic conditions.

As you continue to relax and deepen your awareness, bring your focus to the acupuncture points that harmonize and restore balance to the lower abdomen and testicular area.Visualize LV3, located on the top of the foot, between the first and second toe, just above the webbing. This point, known as Taichong, helps to smooth the flow of Qi, alleviating discomfort and promoting harmony.
Now, shift your attention to SP6, found just above the inner ankle bone, about four finger widths up from the bone. Sanyinjiao nourishes Yin and supports reproductive health, enhancing vitality and emotional balance.
Next, focus on BL32, located in the lower back, in the sacral area, where the pelvic bones meet. Ciliao helps to reduce pelvic pain, releasing tension and facilitating the flow of energy throughout the lower body.
Finally, bring your awareness to CV3, situated on the midline of the lower abdomen, about two finger widths below the navel. Zhongji regulates the lower abdomen, supporting the organs and reducing swelling.
With each breath, visualize these points glowing with healing light, their energies intertwining to soothe discomfort and restore balance. Allow the healing flow to permeate your lower abdomen, releasing any tension or pain.
