BioCoherence Meditation
As you continue to relax and deepen your breath, bring your awareness to the areas of tension in your jaw. Visualize the acupuncture points that will assist in relieving TMJ pain:
Locate SJ17, known as Yifeng, just behind the earlobe. This point helps relax the jaw, easing tightness and stress. Feel the soothing energy radiating from this area, calming the muscles and promoting relaxation.
Now shift your focus to ST7, Xiaguan, located at the jaw hinge, just in front of the ear. This point is known to relieve local pain. Imagine warmth spreading from this spot, dissolving discomfort and enhancing mobility as you gently open and close your mouth.
Next, bring your attention to LI4, Hegu, situated in the webbing between your thumb and index finger. This point is powerful for reducing inflammation. Visualize a wave of healing energy flowing from your hand, spreading throughout your jaw, easing any swelling or soreness.
Finally, find GB2, Tinghui, located in front of the ear, just above ST7. This point opens the ear channels and promotes overall balance. Envision a gentle light radiating from this area, harmonizing the energy in your head and jaw.
As you hold these points in your mind, take a deep breath in, allowing the healing energy to circulate through your body. With each exhale, release any remaining tension. Feel your jaw becoming more mobile, your muscles more relaxed, and your body returning to its natural state of ease.
Continue to visualize the balance and harmony within your jaw and the surrounding areas, inviting peace and comfort into your experience. Allow this meditation to guide you toward a state of perfect, natural relaxation.
