BioCoherence Meditation
Visualize the acupuncture points associated with alleviating vertigo and its symptoms of dizziness, balance issues, and nausea.
Begin with GB20, located at the base of the skull, in the hollows just below the occipital bone. This point, known as Fengchi, helps clear the head and promotes clarity. Picture a gentle breeze sweeping through, clearing away any fog or heaviness.
Next, focus on SJ17, found just behind the earlobe, in the depression between the jaw and the mastoid process. This point, called Yifeng, balances the ears and harmonizes the flow of energy, aiding in the relief of discomfort and disorientation. Envision soothing waves of energy stabilizing your balance.
Now, shift your awareness to CV12, situated in the center of the abdomen, about four finger widths above the navel. This point, Zhongwan, stabilizes digestion and supports the body's ability to process and assimilate nutrients, easing nausea. Imagine a warm, comforting light radiating from this center, nurturing the digestive organs.
Lastly, bring your focus to GV20, located at the top of the head, where the crown meets the forehead. Known as Baihui, this point uplifts Qi and enhances mental clarity. Visualize a beam of bright light extending upward, connecting you to a source of infinite energy and peace.
As you meditate on these points, allow their combined energies to flow through you. Feel the dizziness dissipate, your balance restoring, and any nausea fading away. Embrace a sense of stability and calm, knowing that this natural healing process renews your body and mind.
Breathe deeply, inhaling the healing energy, and exhaling any discomfort or tension. With each breath, reaffirm your connection to balance and harmony, allowing your body to return to its perfect, normal state.
