Now, shift your focus to SP6, located about three finger-widths above the inner ankle bone, just behind the shinbone. This point nourishes the spleen, fostering the balance of fluids and digestion.
Move your attention to LI11, situated at the outer end of your elbow crease when your arm is bent. This point clears heat from the body, which can help reduce inflammation.
Finally, locate LR3, found on the top of your foot, in the webbing between the first and second toes. This point soothes the liver, helping to ease tension and promote emotional balance.
