This recipe uses LI4 to clear heat, ST1 for eyes, GB14 for forehead, ST44 to clear heat, and LR2 to clear liver heat. It reduces hordeolum. Contraindications: Avoid points near eyes in infections.

Continue to ST44, located on the top of your foot, just before the first toe. This point also clears heat, helping to cool the body and reduce irritation.

Lastly, connect with LR2, found on the top of your foot, just between your first and second toes. This point focuses on clearing liver heat, promoting emotional balance and reducing stress.

As you visualize these points, imagine them glowing softly, radiating warmth and healing energy. Breathe deeply, allowing this energy to flow through your body. Picture the heat and swelling in your eyelid dissipating with each exhale, replaced by a soothing coolness.
