In the depth of your meditation, visualize the strength and vitality flowing through your body. Focus on the key points that enhance your immunity and vitality: LI11, ST36, SP6, and GV14.
Begin with LI11, located on the outer elbow. Imagine it as a gateway, releasing heat and toxins, clearing the path for your immune defenses to become robust and vigilant.
Shift your attention to ST36, found just below the knee. See it as a source of vital energy, nourishing your body, invigorating your spirit, and fortifying your defenses against fatigue and weakness.
Move to SP6, situated on the inner leg above the ankle. Picture it harmonizing your body's energies, supporting the spleen and the lymphatic systems, and nurturing your overall well-being, like a gentle, yet powerful, current flowing within you.
Finally, focus on GV14, located at the base of your neck. Visualize it as a radiant sun, spreading warmth and vitality throughout your body, strengthening your immune system, and enhancing your resilience against recurrent infections.
