BioCoherence Meditation
As you continue to relax deeply, focus your awareness on the area around your right side, where the gallbladder resides. Imagine a warm, soothing light radiating from this region, inviting balance and healing.Begin by visualizing GB34, located on the outer side of your leg, just below the knee, at the curve of the bone. This point helps to regulate the gallbladder, allowing it to function smoothly and release any tension or blockages.
Next, bring your attention to BL19, found on your lower back, slightly to the right of your spine, at the level of your waist. This point supports the gallbladder's health, enhancing its ability to process and eliminate bile effectively.
Now, move your focus to LR3, situated on the top of your foot, in the valley between the first and second toes. This point soothes the liver, which plays a crucial role in detoxification and emotional balance, helping to alleviate any stress or frustration that may be impacting your digestive health.
Shift your awareness to ST36, located just below the knee, about four finger-breadths down and one finger-breadth to the outside of your shinbone. This point boosts your Qi, your vital energy, providing strength and vitality to your entire digestive system, ensuring it functions optimally.
Finally, visualize CV12, which is located in the middle of your abdomen, a few inches below your sternum. This point harmonizes digestion, allowing food and energy to flow smoothly through your body. Approach this point with caution if you are experiencing any abdominal discomfort.
As you visualize these points, imagine their energies interacting harmoniously. See warmth and light flowing from GB34 to BL19, supporting the gallbladder; from LR3 to ST36, boosting your vitality; and from ST36 to CV12, creating a gentle harmony in your digestive system.
Breathe deeply, inhaling peace and healing, and exhaling any tension or discomfort. Allow the energy from these points to balance your body, restoring it to its natural state of well-being. Picture the gallstones dissolving and the biliary pain fading, replaced by comfort and ease.
With each breath, feel the connection between these points growing stronger, empowering your body to heal itself naturally. Trust in this process, knowing that you are creating a harmonious environment for your organs to function optimally. Continue to breathe deeply, embracing this healing energy as it flows through you.
