Healing from Blood Loss: A TCM Recipe for Recovery

This recipe uses BL17 to nourish blood, SP10 to invigorate blood, CV6 to tonify Qi, ST36 to boost vitality, and LR3 (Taichong) to regulate liver blood. It helps recover from blood loss anaemia. Contraindications: Use caution with SP10 in skin conditions.

Move to ST36, located four finger widths below the kneecap, one finger width to the outside of the shinbone. This point boosts vitality, enhancing your overall energy levels. Imagine a powerful wave of energy rising from this point, invigorating your entire system, providing you with the stamina to overcome weakness.
Lastly, find LR3, situated on the top of the foot, between the first and second toes. This point helps regulate liver blood, promoting balance and emotional well-being. Visualize this area pulsing with a calming energy, harmonizing your emotional and physical states.
As you focus on each point, breathe deeply, allowing the sensations to deepen. Inhale the nourishing energy, allowing it to fill your body, and exhale any tension or fatigue. With each breath, feel your body becoming stronger, revitalized, and more balanced.
