Summer Heat Exhaustion: Remedies for Thirst & Fatigue

Summer Heat Exhaustion 18: BL6, ST10, Ha6, CV5, BV4

(Excessive sweating, Night sweats, Thirst, Fatigue)

This recipe uses BL6 (Chengguang) for head and heat, ST10 (Shuitu) for neck and heat, Ha6 (Chengjiang) for facial and heat symptoms, CV5 (Shimen) to tonify Qi, and BV4 (Jingmen) for lower abdomen. It reduces thirst and fatigue. Contraindications: Avoid Ha6 near mouth; use caution with CV5 in abdominal conditions.
