This recipe targets fatigue with SP20 (Zhourong) to nourish spleen and chest, ST41 (Jiexi) for ankle and Qi, Hy1 (Chengqi) for facial and immunity support, GV3 (Yaoyangguan) to strengthen lower back, and La12 (Wangu) for head and immunity. It boosts immunity. Contraindications: Avoid Hy1 near eyes; use caution with GV3 in back conditions.
