BioCoherence Meditation
As you continue to relax and deepen your awareness, envision the flow of energy within your body. Imagine the acupuncture points guiding this energy towards balance, particularly in response to summer heat exhaustion.
Begin with BL1 (Jingming), located at the inner canthus of the eye. Picture this point cooling and soothing the eyes, alleviating any heat that may cause discomfort.
Next, focus on TH16 (Tianyou), situated just behind the ear, along the neck. Visualize this point opening the channels of Qi, enhancing the flow of energy and relieving tension in the neck, promoting a sense of ease.
Now, bring your awareness to ST8 (Touwei), found at the hairline, near the temples. Feel this point addressing heat in the head, calming any overactivity and bringing clarity.
Shift your attention to BL35 (Huiyang), located near the tailbone. Envision this point as a stabilizer for the lower body, regulating energy and supporting the functions of the lower jiao, helping to ground and balance your energy.
Finally, connect with KI13 (Qixue), found on the lower abdomen. Picture this point nourishing the Yin, replenishing your essence, and providing deep hydration to counteract excessive sweating and fatigue.
Breathe deeply, allowing the energy from these points to flow harmoniously, gently harmonizing excess heat, thirst, and fatigue. Feel a wave of relief wash over you as you cultivate balance and tranquility within. Let the natural rhythm of your breath support this process, encouraging a restorative state of being. Embrace this moment of renewal, allowing your body to return to its perfect, normal state.
