This recipe uses LU3 (Tianfu) to regulate lung Qi, LI6 (Pianli) for circulation, ST37 (Shangjuxu) to support digestion, HT7 (Shenmen) to calm the mind, and BL24 (Qihaishu) to tonify energy. It reduces exhaustion and supports mental clarity. Contraindications: Use caution with BL24 in back conditions.
