Move your awareness now to SP6, situated on the inner leg, just above the ankle. This point supports hormonal balance and nourishes the body. Picture a nurturing energy radiating from this location, stabilizing your emotions and fostering a sense of well-being. Finally, bring your focus to KI3, located behind the inner ankle bone. This point nourishes kidney Yin, which is essential for emotional balance and restful sleep. Visualize a comforting warmth emanating from this point, grounding you and enhancing your inner strength. As you hold these points in your awareness, breathe deeply. Inhale calmness and stability; exhale any tension or unrest. Allow the energy from these acupuncture points to weave together, creating a harmonious flow throughout your body. Feel the balance returning, the emotions settling, and a profound sense of peace enveloping you.
