Visualize your body as a harmonious landscape, where each point of energy plays a crucial role in maintaining balance. As you settle deeper into this peaceful state, let us focus on five key points that will guide you towards improved fat metabolism.

First, locate ST36, known as "Zusanli." It is situated about four fingerbreadths below your kneecap, along the outer edge of your shinbone. This point strengthens your energy, boosting your overall vitality and digestion.

Next, find SP6, or "Sanyinjiao." This point is located about three fingerbreadths above the inner ankle bone, just behind the shinbone. It nourishes the spleen, enhancing your body's ability to transform and transport nutrients.

Now shift your awareness to BL20, "Pishu," located on your back, approximately two fingerbreadths from your spine, at the level of your lower ribs. This point supports the spleen, reinforcing its function in digestion and nutrient absorption.

Continue to GB34, "Yanglingquan," found on the outer side of your leg, just below the knee, in the depression before the head of the fibula. This point helps regulate the gallbladder, promoting the flow of bile and aiding in fat digestion.

Finally, bring your attention to LR3, "Taichong," located on the top of your foot, in the valley between the first and second toes. This point soothes the liver, helping to release any tension and emotional blockages that may hinder your metabolism.

As you focus on these points, visualize a warm, golden light surrounding each area. Imagine this light flowing through your body, harmonizing your organs and enhancing their functions. Feel the energy from ST36 invigorating your spirit, the nourishment from SP6 enriching your body, the strength from BL20 fortifying your digestion, the regulation from GB34 balancing bile flow, and the soothing from LR3 calming your liver.

With each breath, allow this golden light to penetrate deeper, dissolving any blockages or imbalances in your fat metabolism. Envision your body as a well-tuned instrument, each point working in harmony to promote a healthy, balanced state.

Feel the release of excess, the lightness of being, and the natural rhythm of your metabolism restoring itself to its perfect state. Allow this energy to flow freely, facilitating balance and health within your body. Embrace this sense of harmony, knowing you are supporting your body in its natural processes.
