Next, find GB34, located just below the outer knee, in the depression in front of the head of the fibula. This point relaxes the tendons and promotes flexibility, allowing for better movement and recovery.

Then, connect with SP6, found on the inner leg, four finger breadths above the inner ankle bone. This point nourishes the blood, vital for healing and regeneration. Remember, SP6 should be avoided during pregnancy.
Finally, find KI3, located near the inner ankle, in the depression between the ankle bone and the Achilles tendon. This point tonifies the kidneys, which play a crucial role in maintaining bone health and vitality.
