Bone Fracture: Remedies for Healing and Pain Relief

This recipe uses ST36 to boost Qi, GB34 to relax tendons, BL60 to relieve pain, SP6 to nourish blood, and KI3 to tonify kidneys for bone health. It promotes fracture healing. Contraindications: Avoid SP6 in pregnancy.

Visualize your body, focusing on the areas that need healing. Imagine the flow of energy through your body as you connect with five key points that support the healing of bone fractures.

First, locate ST36, situated about four finger breadths below the kneecap and one finger breadth to the outside of the shinbone. This point helps boost your overall energy, supporting your body's healing processes.

Next, find GB34, located just below the outer knee, in the depression in front of the head of the fibula. This point relaxes the tendons and promotes flexibility, allowing for better movement and recovery.

Now, shift your focus to BL60, positioned behind the outer ankle bone. Visualize this point relieving pain and tension, allowing comfort to flow through your body.

Then, connect with SP6, found on the inner leg, four finger breadths above the inner ankle bone. This point nourishes the blood, vital for healing and regeneration. Remember, SP6 should be avoided during pregnancy.

Finally, find KI3, located near the inner ankle, in the depression between the ankle bone and the Achilles tendon. This point tonifies the kidneys, which play a crucial role in maintaining bone health and vitality.

As you visualize these points, imagine warm, healing energy radiating from them, enveloping the areas of your body that need care. Picture this energy promoting healing, strengthening your bones, and alleviating pain.
