Allow your awareness to focus inward as you begin to visualize the acupuncture points that will guide you toward a state of calm and balance.Start with PC6, located on the inner forearm, about two finger widths from the wrist crease. This point helps to regulate emotions, easing feelings of anxiety and stress. Picture a gentle wave washing over your emotions, smoothing out tension and promoting inner peace.
Next, bring your attention to HT7, found at the wrist crease on the pinky side. This point calms the spirit, or shen. Envision a warm light enveloping your heart, soothing any racing thoughts and nurturing a deep sense of tranquility.
Now, visualize GV20, positioned at the top of your head, where the crown meets the skull. This point uplifts your spirit, making you feel light and expansive. Imagine a golden energy radiating from this point, lifting you, freeing your mind from worries, and allowing clarity to emerge.
Move your focus to GV24, located between your eyebrows. This point helps to calm the mind. Picture a soft, serene light at your brow, dissolving any mental clutter and inviting clarity and stillness into your thoughts.
Finally, turn your awareness to SP6, located above the ankle, on the inner leg. This point nourishes Yin, grounding your energy and promoting a sense of stability. Visualize a nurturing energy flowing from this point, calming your body and replenishing your inner resources.
As you hold these visuals in your mind, breathe deeply. Inhale peace and calm, exhale tension and stress. Allow the combined energies of these points to harmonize within you, creating a profound sense of balance and well-being.
Feel the stress melting away, replaced by a serene strength. With each breath, invite tranquility into your life, knowing that you have the tools to manage stress and anxiety naturally. Trust in this process, and allow yourself to be enveloped in calm.
