Focus your awareness on your body, and visualize the acupuncture points that will assist in balancing parathyroid hyperfunction.Begin with LI11, located at the outer elbow crease. Imagine this point clearing excess heat from your body, soothing inflammation and discomfort. Visualize warmth radiating from your arm, helping to alleviate bone pain.
Next, bring your attention to ST36, found about four fingerbreadths below the kneecap, one fingerbreadth outward from the shinbone. Picture this point as a source of energy, boosting your vitality and enhancing your overall Qi. Feel a surge of strength and nourishment flowing through your body.
Now shift your focus to KI3, located on the inner ankle, in the depression between the ankle bone and the Achilles tendon. Envision this point tonifying your kidneys, reinforcing your foundational energy. Sense a deep connection to your body's core, promoting balance and stability.
Move your awareness to CV12, situated on the midline of the abdomen, about four fingerbreadths above the navel. Imagine this point regulating your digestion, harmonizing your body's processes. Feel a gentle warmth spreading through your abdomen, creating a sense of calm and balance.
Finally, direct your attention to SP6, located just above the inner ankle, about three fingerbreadths above the bone. Visualize this point nourishing your Yin energy, fostering a sense of tranquility and balance. However, if you are pregnant, gently shift your focus away from this point and instead concentrate on the other points.
As you hold these visualizations, breathe deeply. Inhale the healing energy from each point, feeling it radiate throughout your body. Exhale any tension or discomfort related to high calcium levels and bone pain. With each breath, allow these points to work together, harmonizing your body and restoring balance to your parathyroid function.
