Focus your attention on the top of your head, where point GV20 is located. This point, situated at the crown, helps to harmonize the mind and support overall brain function. Envision a gentle light radiating from this area, promoting clarity and balance in your thoughts. Now shift your awareness to the inside of your ankle, where point KI3 is found, in the depression between your ankle bone and Achilles tendon. This point nourishes the kidneys, the vital organs responsible for regulating water and energy in your body. Visualize a warm energy flowing from this point, replenishing and strengthening your kidneys.
Next, bring your attention to CV4, located about two finger-widths below your navel on your abdomen. This point supports the lower jiao, which governs reproductive and urinary health. Imagine a soothing wave of energy rising from this area, providing warmth and comfort, enhancing vitality and balance within.
Now, focus on BL23, located at the lower back, near your lower ribcage. This point strengthens the kidneys further and fortifies your overall energy. Picture a steady, grounding energy emanating from this point, stabilizing your body and helping you feel secure and supported.
Finally, direct your awareness to SP6, located just above the inner ankle bone, about four finger-widths up the leg. This point nourishes Yin, the calming and cooling aspect of energy. Visualize a soft, nurturing light enveloping this area, promoting fluid balance and harmony within.
As you breathe deeply, allow the energies from these points to blend together, creating a harmonious flow throughout your body. With each exhale, let go of any tension or fluid retention, inviting balance and tranquility. Picture your posterior pituitary being nourished and regulated, restoring your body to its natural state of health.
Continue to breathe deeply, feeling the effects of this gentle balance settling into your being, allowing you to embrace a state of calm and wellness. Let this feeling of harmony permeate your entire body, reinforcing your connection to your inner balance.
