Visualize this point as a radiant light, uplifting your Qi, energizing your mind, and enhancing clarity. Feel this energy rising, bringing awareness and positivity, illuminating your thoughts and emotions.
Next, shift your focus to GB20, found at the base of the skull, just below the occipital bone. Picture this point as a gentle breeze clearing away tension and heaviness. It harmonizes your mind and body, easing stiffness and promoting a sense of calm. Breathe deeply and let this clarity wash over you, releasing any burdens from your head and neck.
Now, direct your attention to LR3, located on the top of your foot, in the space between your big toe and second toe. Envision this point as a flowing river, smoothing the flow of liver Qi. Move your awareness to KI3, situated on the inner side of your ankle, in the depression behind the ankle bone. Visualize this point as a deep well of vitality, nourishing your kidneys. Finally, bring your focus to ST36, located just below the knee, about four fingerbreadths down on the outer side of the leg. As you breathe deeply, feel the vitality surging through you, energizing every cell and fostering a sense of well-being.
As you continue to breathe and focus on these points, allow the energies to harmonize within you.
