Focus on your breath, allowing it to deepen and slow. Visualize the horse, feeling its restlessness and discomfort. Imagine a gentle warmth spreading through its body, bringing calm and relief.Begin with GB34, located just below the knee on the outside of the hind leg. This point is like a soothing river, helping to flow the energy in the liver, easing tension and restoring calm. Picture the liver, releasing any stagnant energy, allowing the horse to relax.
Next, shift your focus to ST36, located on the front of the hind leg, about four fingerbreadths below the knee, slightly to the outside. Envision a bright light here, filling the horse with vitality and strength. This point boosts the horse's energy and helps improve its digestion, fostering a sense of well-being.
Now, visualize BL21, found about two fingerbreadths from the spine, in the lower back area. Picture it as a stabilizing force, regulating the stomach and supporting proper digestion. Allow the horse's discomfort to ease as this point balances its digestive system.
Move your attention to CV12, located on the midline of the abdomen, a few fingerbreadths above the navel. Imagine this area glowing with warmth, harmonizing the horse's digestion and calming any turmoil within. Feel the energy here creating peace and balance, soothing the abdominal discomfort.
Finally, bring your awareness to PC6, located on the inside of the foreleg, about two fingerbreadths above the wrist. Visualize this point as a shield, protecting the horse from nausea and promoting comfort. Let the soothing energy radiate through the horse, easing any feelings of unease.
With each breath, visualize these points working together, harmonizing the horse's body. Feel the energy flowing freely, restoring balance and peace. Allow the horse to feel safe and comfortable, as its body transitions to a state of calm and relief.
As you continue to breathe deeply, see the horse standing peacefully, its energy balanced, its discomfort fading away. Embrace this vision of health and tranquility, knowing that the body has the inherent ability to heal and find balance. Trust in this natural process, allowing the horse to find its way back to a state of comfort and well-being.
