Ovaritis Relief: Natural Remedies for Ovarian Pain

This recipe uses CV4 to tonify lower jiao, SP6 to nourish Yin, BL23 to strengthen kidneys, KI3 to tonify kidneys, and LR3 to soothe liver. It relieves ovarian inflammation. Contraindications: Avoid SP6 in pregnancy.

Focus your awareness on the lower part of your abdomen, where the energy of your ovaries resides. Visualize a warm, healing light radiating from this area. Now, bring attention to point CV4, located about two finger widths below your navel, in the center of your body. This point helps to tonify the lower jiao, the area associated with reproductive health. Imagine this light growing brighter, nourishing and strengthening your reproductive organs. Shift your focus to SP6, found just above the inner ankle bone, about four finger widths up the leg. This point nourishes Yin energy, promoting balance and tranquility. Visualize this soothing energy flowing through your body, calming inflammation and discomfort. Next, direct your awareness to BL23, located on your lower back, about two finger widths from the spine, at the level of your lower back. This point supports your kidneys, the organs responsible for vitality and balance. Picture a grounding energy flowing from your kidneys, supporting your overall health. Now, visualize KI3, located on the inside of your ankle, in the depression behind the medial malleolus. This point also strengthens the kidneys. Envision a deep, restorative energy rising from this area, filling your body with warmth and strength. Finally, bring your attention to LR3, situated on the top of your foot, between the first and second toes. This point helps soothe the liver, releasing any tension or stagnation. Picture a gentle wave of relaxation spreading through your body, freeing you from stress and discomfort. As you maintain this visualization, breathe deeply. Inhale the healing energy from these points, feeling it harmonizing your organs and soothing any inflammation. With each exhale, release any tension or pain, allowing your body to return to a state of balance. Continue to breathe, feeling the warmth and healing energy flowing through you, connecting all these points in a harmonious dance of well-being.
