Next, visualize SP10, found on the inner thigh, about two inches above the kneecap, just to the side of the thigh bone. This point, Xuehai, helps regulate your blood, ensuring it flows smoothly and harmoniously throughout your body.
Now, shift your focus to ST36, located about four fingers below the kneecap, just to the outer side of your shin bone. Known as Zusanli, this point boosts your Qi, your vital energy, providing you with strength and resilience.
Bring your attention to BL20, situated on your back, also about one and a half inches from the spine, at the level of your lower ribs. This point, Pishu, strengthens your spleen, which is crucial for blood production and nourishment.
Finally, focus on CV12, located at the center of your abdomen, just below the ribcage. This point, Zhongwan, supports your digestion, helping to absorb nutrients effectively. While visualizing this point, remember to approach it gently, especially if you are experiencing any abdominal discomfort.
