This recipe uses LU10 (Yuji) to clear lung heat, LI13 (Shouwuli) for immunity, ST42 (Chongyang) for stomach Qi, BL14 (Jueyinshu) to regulate pericardium, and HT9 (Shaochong) to calm. It reduces seasonal vulnerability. Contraindications: Use caution with BL14 in skin conditions.
