- Weak pericardium can lead to anxiety in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) because the pericardium is believed to protect the heart and regulate emotional well-being. When the pericardium is weak, it may fail to contain the heart's energy, resulting in emotional disturbances such as anxiety.

Focus your awareness on three key points within your body: LI4, GB34, and SP10. These points are gentle yet powerful allies in your journey towards pain relief and overall well-being.Begin with LI4, located on the back of your hand, in the webbing between your thumb and index finger. As you breathe in, visualize this point releasing tension from your head, neck, and upper body. Imagine a soothing wave spreading through your muscles and joints, diminishing any discomfort and inviting relaxation.
Now, shift your attention to GB34, situated on the outer side of your leg, just below your knee. Picture this point as a gateway to ease and flexibility, particularly in your legs and hips. As you exhale, sense the release of any stiffness or pain, allowing your body to move freely and effortlessly.
Finally, direct your focus to SP10, found on the inner side of your thigh, above the knee. Envision this point as a gentle balm for inflammation, cooling and calming the heat within. With each breath, feel a sense of balance and harmony spreading throughout your body, nurturing your muscles, joints, nerves, and bones.
These points work together in harmony, facilitating the smooth flow of energy and promoting healing. Embrace the tranquility they offer, allowing yourself to return to a state of perfect, normal, constructive balance.
