BioCoherence Meditation
As you continue to breathe deeply, bring your awareness to the acupuncture points that support the digestive system and relieve constipation. Visualize CV6 (Ren 6), located about two fingerbreadths below the navel, in the center of the abdomen. This point strengthens the digestive energy and helps regulate the flow of energy throughout the intestines, promoting comfort and balance. Next, focus on ST25 (Stomach 25), found on either side of the abdomen, two fingerbreadths from the navel. This point addresses issues of bloating and abdominal pain, stimulating the function of the large intestine and helping to alleviate discomfort. Now, shift your attention to ST37 (Stomach 37), located about six fingerbreadths below the navel, on the outer side of the leg. This point plays a crucial role in regulating the intestines and enhancing their movement, which can ease constipation and improve digestive health. Finally, bring your awareness to ST40 (Stomach 40), positioned about eight fingerbreadths above the ankle on the outer side of the leg. This point helps to transform phlegm and dampness in the body, balancing excess and promoting clearer pathways for digestion. As you visualize these points, imagine a warm, soothing light flowing through them, harmonizing the organs involved in digestion-the stomach, intestines, and abdomen. Feel the gentle release of tension, the softening of bloating, and the restoration of normal transit. Allow this balance to settle within, nurturing a sense of ease and comfort. To comment, subscribe to the newsletter and get exclusive BioCoherence offers, please create a free account
