Visualize the acupuncture points that will aid in your healing process.Begin with SP9, located on the inside of your knee, just below the kneecap. Imagine this point as a gentle river, flowing and resolving dampness, clearing the stagnation that may be causing your pain. Feel this flow dispersing any heaviness in the joints.
Next, move to LI11, found at the outer end of the elbow crease when the arm is bent. Picture this point radiating warmth, like sunlight, clearing away any heat and inflammation from your body. Visualize it soothing the redness and swelling, allowing your skin to breathe freely.
Now, bring your awareness to ST36, located about four fingers' width below the kneecap, one finger's width to the outside of the shin bone. Envision this point as a source of vitality, boosting your energy and reinforcing your body's natural defenses. Feel a surge of strength and resilience flowing through your body.
Shift your focus to BL20, situated on your lower back, about two finger's widths from your spine. Imagine this point as a nurturing force, strengthening your spleen, helping to transform and transport nutrients, and enhancing your overall vitality. Sense the support it provides, stabilizing your digestion and nourishing your body.
Finally, direct your attention to KI3, located on the inside of your ankle, in the depression between your ankle bone and Achilles tendon. Visualize this point as a deep well of energy, tonifying your kidneys. Feel the grounding and calming energy, balancing your internal systems, and promoting healing.
As you hold these points in your mind, visualize a harmonious flow of energy circulating throughout your body. Picture the inflammation subsiding, the pain diminishing, and your joints becoming more flexible and free. Allow this vision to envelop you, maximizing your body's natural ability to heal.
