Focus your awareness on the areas of your body where you may feel heaviness or discomfort. As you breathe deeply, visualize the acupuncture points that can help alleviate your symptoms.Locate SP10, also known as Xuehai, situated on the inner thigh, about two inches above the kneecap. This point invigorates blood flow, helping to clear stagnation and bring vitality to your legs.
Next, bring your attention to BL40, or Weizhong, found at the center of the back of the knee. This point is essential for clearing blood stasis and relieving pain and swelling in your legs.
Now, shift your focus to ST36, known as Zusanli, located four finger widths below the kneecap and one finger width to the outer side of the shinbone. This point boosts your energy and strengthens your overall vitality, promoting circulation.
Move your awareness to LR3, also called Taichong, found on the top of your foot, in the space between the first and second toes. This point soothes the liver, easing tension and helping to regulate the flow of energy throughout your body.
Lastly, visualize CV4, or Guanyuan, located about two inches below your navel. This point tonifies your lower jiao, supporting your overall health and grounding your energy.
As you breathe in, imagine a warm, healing light surrounding these points, gently activating them. With each exhale, release any tension or heaviness you feel in your legs. Allow this light to flow through your body, circulating energy and blood, nurturing every cell.
Picture the blood moving freely through your veins, nourishing every part of your legs. Feel the heaviness lift, replaced by a sense of lightness and ease. Each breath brings in healing energy while releasing discomfort.
Continue to visualize this process, trusting that with each moment, your body is returning to its natural, balanced state. Embrace the sensation of vitality and comfort as you deepen your connection to your body's innate ability to heal.
