Polycythaemia: Remedies for Thick Blood and Headaches

Polycythaemia: SP10, BL17, LV3, LI11, HT7

This recipe uses SP10 to invigorate blood, BL17 to regulate blood, LV3 to soothe liver, LI11 to clear heat, and HT7 to calm heart blood. It balances polycythaemia. Contraindications: Use caution with LI11 in heat conditions.

As you continue to relax, bring your awareness to the acupuncture points that will assist in balancing your body's condition.

Visualize SP10, located on the inner thigh, about two finger-widths above the knee. This point invigorates your blood, promoting circulation and vitality. Picture a warm, soothing light radiating from this area, encouraging the smooth flow of energy throughout your body.

Next, focus on BL17, found on the back, just below the shoulder blades. This point regulates blood, ensuring that it flows freely and evenly. Imagine this area pulsing gently with a harmonious rhythm, helping to balance your blood quality.

Now, direct your attention to LV3, located on the top of your foot, in the webbing between your big toe and the next toe. This point soothes your liver, releasing any tension or stress. Envision a calm and peaceful energy spreading from your foot up through your body, fostering a sense of tranquility.

Shift your focus to LI11, situated at the outer edge of your elbow. This point helps clear heat from the body. Picture a cooling breeze flowing through this area, washing away any excess heat or discomfort. However, be mindful of any heat conditions, allowing this cooling energy to balance without overwhelming.

Finally, bring your awareness to HT7, located at the wrist, on the inner side near the base of your palm. This point calms the heart and nourishes your emotional state. Visualize a soft, gentle light enveloping your heart, filling it with peace and stability.

As you hold these points in your awareness, breathe deeply and visualize the energy flowing smoothly among them. Each point interacts harmoniously, creating a balanced system that promotes clarity, calmness, and healing. Feel the connection between your body and these points, allowing the energy to nurture and restore your body's natural balance.

Continue to breathe, allowing each inhalation to draw in vitality and each exhalation to release tension. Trust in the natural process of your body as it returns to a state of health and harmony. Embrace this feeling as you sink deeper into relaxation, knowing that you are supporting your body in achieving its perfect state.
