As you settle deeper into this meditation, focus on the flow of energy throughout your body, particularly in the area of your kidneys and bladder. Visualize the acupuncture points that we will be working with today.

Begin with KI3, located on the inside of your ankle, just behind the bony prominence. This point helps tonify your kidneys, enhancing their function and vitality. Imagine a warm, healing light radiating from this point, nourishing your kidneys and supporting your overall health.

Next, move your awareness to BL23, found on your lower back, about two finger widths from your spine. This point strengthens the kidneys further. Envision a solid, grounding energy emanating from BL23, reinforcing the support your kidneys provide to your body.

Now, direct your attention to CV3, located on your lower abdomen, just above the pubic bone. This point regulates the bladder, promoting a healthy flow and function. Picture a gentle wave of energy flowing through CV3, cleansing and harmonizing your bladder and the pathways connected to it.

Shift your focus to ST36, located on your lower leg, about four finger widths below your knee cap, and one finger width out from the shin bone. This point boosts your Qi, your life force. Imagine vibrant, revitalizing energy pouring into ST36, filling your entire being with strength and vitality.

Finally, concentrate on SP6, located on the inside of your lower leg, about four finger widths above the ankle bone. This point nourishes your Yin, bringing balance and calm to your body. Visualize soft, nourishing energy surrounding SP6, enveloping you in a sense of tranquility.

As you hold these points in your awareness, breathe deeply and allow the energy to flow freely. Picture the stones within your kidneys dissolving gently, the pain in your flank alleviating, and the clarity returning to your urine.
