Neurological Support: Relief for Nerve Pain & Weakness

This recipe uses BL9 (Yuzhen) for head and nerve support, ST13 (Qihu) for chest and nerve support, Hy3 (Juliao) for facial and nerve support, GV6 (Jizhong) to regulate spine, and TV3 (Siman) for lower abdomen. It reduces neuropathy symptoms.

Known as Siman, this point supports the lower body and enhances overall energy flow. Imagine a warm, nurturing light enveloping this area, fostering strength and resilience. As you visualize these points, allow their energies to harmonize throughout your body. Breathe deeply, inviting a sense of calm and balance.
