Focus on the sensation in your body as you visualize the acupuncture points used for Neurological Support 9. Begin with SI3, located on the ulnar side of the hand, near the base of the little finger. This point helps regulate Qi and supports the nerves, promoting harmony in the body's energy flow. Next, visualize ST5, found just below the cheekbone, at the angle of the jaw. This point provides support for facial nerves and is crucial for alleviating discomfort in the facial area. Now bring your attention to Hy1, situated at the inner corner of the eye. This point also aids in facial and nerve support. As you focus on this area, envision warmth and healing radiating from it. Shift your awareness to GV13, located at the base of the skull, along the spine. This point helps regulate spinal health and encourages balance in the central nervous system. Finally, visualize TV10, positioned in the lower abdomen, just below the navel. This point supports the lower body and helps balance energy throughout the body. As you meditate on these points, breathe deeply and visualize a flow of healing energy moving through your body. Imagine the numbness and tingling dissolving, replaced by warmth and vitality. Allow each breath to draw in fresh energy and release any discomfort. With each moment, feel the connections between these points enhancing your overall well-being. Sense the harmony created as the body aligns with its natural state of health. Embrace this balance, knowing that your body is capable of healing, and trust in the process of restoration.
