Focus on the following acupuncture points, each serving a unique purpose in alleviating skin conditions such as rashes, itching, and inflammation.First, visualize GB42, located on the foot, between the fourth and fifth toes. This point, known as Diqiwu, supports the skin and helps reduce inflammation.
Next, bring your awareness to KI6, found just below the inner ankle bone. This point, called Zhaohai, nourishes Yin, which is essential for maintaining skin health and moisture.
Now, shift your attention to Hy2, located on the facial area, just below the eyes. This point, known as Sibai, is used specifically for enhancing facial skin vitality. However, be mindful to avoid direct stimulation near the eyes.
Move on to CV4, located on the lower abdomen, about two fingerbreadths below the navel. This point, Guanyuan, tonifies Qi and strengthens the body's overall energy, supporting skin health from within.
Finally, visualize TV8, located on the lower abdomen as well, specifically in the midline of the body. Known as Daju, this point aids in balancing the lower energy centers.
As you connect with these points, envision a warm, healing light spreading through your body, soothing inflammation and restoring balance. Allow this light to envelop the affected areas, dissolving discomfort and promoting healthy skin.
Breathe deeply and cultivate a sense of harmony, feeling the energy of these points harmonizing within you. Embrace this natural healing process, welcoming the restoration of your skin to its perfect, balanced state.
