BioCoherence Meditation
As you continue to relax, bring your awareness to the acupuncture points that can help alleviate anxiety and associated symptoms.
Locate BL46, known as Geguan, situated on your back, approximately two finger widths lateral to the lower border of the spinous process of the 5th thoracic vertebra. This point supports the chest and helps to harmonize Qi, promoting a sense of calm.
Next, find GB1, Tongziliao, located at the outer canthus of the eye, in the bony socket. This point is beneficial for reducing allergy symptoms affecting the eyes and bringing clarity to your vision.
Now, focus on Hy3, or Juliao, which is positioned on the face, just below the cheekbone, in line with the pupil. This point addresses facial symptoms, easing discomfort and promoting relaxation.
Proceed to GV5, Xuanshu, found at the lower back, in the midline of the body, between the 2nd and 3rd lumbar vertebrae. This point helps in regulating the spine and fostering a grounded feeling.
Lastly, turn your attention to TH8, Sanyangluo, located on the inner arm, about one handbreadth above the wrist crease. This point aids in regulating Qi throughout the body, enhancing overall energy flow.
With each breath, visualize these points glowing softly, their energies harmonizing your body and mind. Imagine a wave of relaxation washing over you, reducing anxiety, nasal congestion, itchy skin, and restlessness. Breathe in deeply, inviting calmness and balance, and breathe out any tension or discomfort.
Allow this healing energy to circulate freely, restoring you to a state of perfect tranquility and well-being. Embrace the natural flow of your body, feeling lighter and more at ease with each passing moment.
