Focus your awareness on the gentle flow of energy within your body, connecting with the areas of stiffness and discomfort. Let's visualize the acupuncture points that will support your journey toward improved mobility and relief. Begin with BL41, located on the upper back, just below the shoulder blade. This point helps alleviate shoulder stiffness and enhances the flow of Qi, fostering a sense of ease and freedom in movement. As you breathe deeply, imagine warmth radiating from this point, loosening tightness and inviting flexibility. Next, move your attention to ST41, situated on the top of your ankle, between the tendons. This point is vital for ankle mobility and stability. Visualize it as a source of strength, allowing energy to circulate smoothly through your legs, grounding you and promoting fluidity in every step you take. Now, shift your focus to TV11, located in the lower abdomen, just below the navel. This point nourishes the lower body and supports overall vitality. Envision a gentle glow at this point, infusing your abdomen with warmth and encouraging the release of any tension or fatigue. Bring your awareness to CV5, positioned in the midline of the abdomen. While approaching this point, do so with caution if you experience any abdominal discomfort. Visualize it as a nurturing center, tonifying your Qi, revitalizing your energy, and harmonizing your internal systems. Feel the balance it brings to your core. Finally, connect with TH3, found on the back of your wrist, in the depression behind the bone. This point enhances hand function and promotes the smooth flow of Qi throughout your arms. Imagine a refreshing current of energy flowing from this point, revitalizing your hands and fingers, allowing for graceful movement. As you focus on these points, envision them lighting up, each one resonating with the intention of restoring balance to your joints and alleviating stiffness. Breathe deeply into the sensations they evoke. Allow the warmth and energy from these points to spread throughout your body, releasing pain and enhancing mobility. In this deep state of relaxation, visualize your joints moving freely, each movement filled with ease and grace. Trust in your body's natural ability to heal and restore itself, embracing the perfect state of balance and vitality. Let this feeling envelop you, supporting you in your journey toward comfort and mobility. To comment, subscribe to the newsletter and get exclusive BioCoherence offers, please create a free account
