This recipe targets allergic conjunctivitis with GB14 (Yangbai) to relieve eye symptoms, BL2 (Zanzhu) to reduce eye irritation, LI4 (Hegu) to boost immunity, and LU7 (Lieque) to open lung channels. It reduces itching and tearing. Contraindications: Avoid LI4 in pregnancy; use caution with BL2 in eye infections.

As you continue to breathe deeply, bring your awareness to the areas of your body linked to the symptoms of allergic conjunctivitis. Picture the acupuncture points that will aid in your healing:

First, focus on GB14, located just above the midpoint of your eyebrows. This point, known as Yangbai, helps relieve eye symptoms, easing discomfort and promoting clarity.
