Visualize the acupuncture points that will guide you towards relief from dry mouth. Begin with SP6, located on the inner leg, about four fingerbreadths above the ankle, just behind the shinbone. This point nourishes Yin and helps to balance your body's energies. Next, bring your awareness to LU9, found at the wrist, in the depression on the radial side of the artery. This point moistens the lungs, aiding in hydration and alleviating dryness. Now, focus on KI6, situated about one fingerbreadth below the inner ankle bone. This point supports kidney Yin, enhancing your overall fluid balance and promoting comfort. Finally, direct your attention to CV23, located in the center of your neck, just above the Adam's apple. This point promotes saliva production and eases swallowing, fostering a sense of relief and nourishment. As you meditate, imagine these points glowing softly, each radiating warmth and healing energy. Envision the nourishing qualities of Yin flowing through your body, hydrating and revitalizing every cell. Allow this deep, restorative energy to wash over you, soothing your throat and mouth, quenching your thirst, and making swallowing effortless. With each breath, visualize a gentle wave of moisture enveloping you, harmonizing your organs and restoring balance. Feel the interconnectedness of your body as you embrace this natural healing process, guiding you toward a state of comfort and ease. Let go of any tension or discomfort, allowing the energy from these points to harmonize and rejuvenate. Embrace this state of well-being as you continue your deep meditation.
