As a fitness coach, I often see people focus entirely on their muscles-how much they can lift, how fast they can run, or how many reps they can complete. Yet, the most critical engine for your performance isn't your biceps or your quadriceps; it is your lungs. Specifically, the lobes of your lungs are the primary sites where the magic of life happens: the exchange of oxygen for carbon dioxide.

Understanding Your Lung Lobes

Your lungs are divided into distinct sections called lobes. You have three in your right lung and two in your left. Think of these lobes as the internal architecture of your respiratory system. When they are healthy and functioning at their best, they allow for efficient gas exchange, ensuring that every cell in your body receives the oxygen it needs to produce energy and recover after a tough workout.

This is why I encourage my clients to look beyond standard training. Using data to understand how your body is currently processing energy allows you to see if your lungs are a priority area. When they are, we can use targeted harmonic frequencies to resonate with the structure of the lobes. This helps guide the body back to a state of optimal efficiency, helping you move from a feeling of being 'stifled' to a state of 'expansion.'
