This recipe uses ST25 (Tianshu) to regulate intestines, CV12 to harmonize digestion, ST36 to boost Qi, BL25 to support intestines, and LR3 to soothe liver. It supports intestinal health. Contraindications: Use caution with CV12 in abdominal conditions.

BioCoherence Meditation

Focus your awareness on the area just below your ribcage, where the center of your abdomen lies. This is where you can visualize the acupuncture point CV12, also known as the Center of the Sea of Qi. This point harmonizes digestion, promoting balance and comfort in your stomach.

Now, bring your attention to the left and right sides of your abdomen, approximately two fingerbreadths away from your navel. Here are ST25, located on both sides, which regulates the intestines and helps with discomfort.

Next, shift your focus to the lower part of your legs, about four fingerbreadths down from your knee cap, to find ST36. This point strengthens your Qi, the vital energy that nourishes your body and supports your overall health.

Then, direct your awareness to your lower back, just below your waist, to locate BL25. This point corresponds with the large intestine and helps support intestinal health and function.

Finally, move your attention to the top of your foot, in the webbing between your big toe and second toe, where you will find LR3. This point soothes the liver, helping to release tension and promote emotional balance.

As you visualize these points, imagine a warm, healing light radiating from each location. Feel this light harmonizing your digestion, easing any discomfort, and promoting a sense of well-being throughout your abdomen.

Picture the energy flowing smoothly between these points, creating a network of balance and health. Allow this feeling to expand, nourishing your intestines and calming your mind. Envision your body integrating this energy, supporting the healing of any discomfort or issues you may be experiencing.
