BioCoherence Meditation
As you continue to relax deeply, bring your awareness to the specific acupuncture points that will support your journey toward balance in the face of Cushing syndrome.First, focus on Kidney 3, located on the inside of your ankle, in the depression behind the ankle bone. This point is vital for tonifying the kidneys, helping to strengthen your body's energy and vitality.
Next, visualize Spleen 6, found on the inner leg, about four fingers' width above the ankle bone. This point nourishes Yin, promoting a sense of calm and stability, and enhancing your overall vitality.
Now, shift your attention to Liver 3, which is located on the top of your foot, in the webbing between the first and second toes. This point is essential for soothing the liver, helping to release any stagnation and promoting emotional balance.
Bring your focus to Conception Vessel 4, located about two finger widths below your belly button. This point tonifies the lower jiao, fostering a deep sense of grounding and support for your body's core energy.
Finally, visualize Bladder 23, located on your lower back, about two finger widths from the spine and level with your lower back. This point strengthens the kidneys and reinforces your overall energy.
As you visualize these points, imagine them glowing softly, radiating warmth and healing energy throughout your body. Feel the energy flowing harmoniously, balancing your hormones and revitalizing your spirit.
With each breath, envision the energy from these points merging and circulating through your body. Imagine weight being lifted, fatigue melting away, replaced by a sense of lightness and vitality. Allow this sensation to permeate every cell, fostering a deep sense of well-being.
Continue to breathe deeply, allowing any tension or discomfort to dissolve with each exhale. Embrace the nurturing energy of these points, promoting balance and harmony within.
Trust in this natural process as your body aligns itself to its perfect, constructive state. Let go of what no longer serves you and welcome a renewed sense of health and vitality.
