This recipe uses HT7 to calm heart, KI3 to tonify kidneys, SP6 to nourish Yin, LR3 to soothe liver, and GV20 to clear mind. It aids sleep continuity. Contraindications: Avoid SP6 in pregnancy.

As you continue to relax, bring your awareness to the points that will guide you toward restful sleep and tranquility.First, focus on HT7, located at the wrist crease, on the side of your little finger. This point calms the heart, helping to soothe any racing thoughts and allowing a gentle peace to envelop your mind.
Next, shift your attention to KI3, found on the inside of the ankle, in a small depression between the ankle bone and the Achilles tendon. This point nourishes the kidneys, which play a vital role in overall vitality and energy, helping to restore balance and calm within.
Now, visualize SP6, situated on the inside of your lower leg, about four fingers above the ankle bone. This point nourishes Yin energy, providing deep nourishment and support, which is essential for restful sleep.
Then, bring your awareness to LR3, located on the top of the foot, in the webbing between the big toe and the second toe. This point soothes the liver, which helps to release any tension and stress, allowing you to let go of the day's worries.
Finally, focus on GV20, located at the crown of your head. This point clears the mind, creating a sense of openness and clarity, enabling peaceful thoughts to flow freely.
As you visualize these points, feel the energy connecting and harmonizing within your body. Imagine a warm, soothing light surrounding each area, bringing comfort and relaxation. With each breath, allow this light to expand, filling you with a sense of calm and tranquility.
Inhale deeply, drawing in peace and serenity. Exhale slowly, releasing any tension or anxiety. Allow this cycle of breath to continue, feeling more grounded and connected with each breath you take.
