This recipe incorporates HT2 (Qingling) to calm the mind, ST44 (Neiting) to clear heat, Hy4 (Dicang) for facial allergies, CV19 (Zigong) to open chest, and La15 (Riyue) for head and allergies. It supports allergic health. Contraindications: Avoid Hy4 near face; use caution with CV19 in chest conditions.

As you continue to breathe deeply, bring your awareness to the acupuncture points associated with Pediatric Allergies 17.

Begin with HT2, located on the inner arm, about two fingerbreadths above the elbow crease. This point, known as Qingling, helps calm the mind, easing anxiety and promoting emotional balance.

Next, shift your focus to ST44, found on the top of the foot, in the webbing between the second and third toes. Neiting clears heat from the body, alleviating symptoms like skin irritation and discomfort associated with allergies.

Now, visualize Hy4, located on the side of the face, in the depression below the cheekbone. Known as Dicang, this point addresses facial allergies and supports skin health. Please remember to visualize this point with care, as it is best to use caution near the face.

Move your awareness to CV19, situated on the abdomen, about two fingerbreadths below the sternum. Zigong opens the chest area, promoting better breathing and circulation, which is vital for overall well-being.

Finally, concentrate on La15, positioned on the lower back, just below the ribs. Riyue supports the head and helps relieve allergic reactions, bringing balance to the body's response.

As you visualize these points, imagine their energies harmonizing your body. With each breath, feel the calming and healing effects spreading through the organs they influence. Picture the heat dissipating, the mind settling, and your body responding with ease.
