Geriatric Joint Stiffness 2: GB34, ST36, SP9, BL60, KI3

This recipe uses GB34 for tendons, ST36 for Qi, SP9 for damp, BL60 for pain, and KI3 to nourish kidney Yin. It supports joint mobility and energy. Contraindications: Avoid SP9 in pregnancy; use caution with BL60 in ankle conditions.

Finally, connect with Kidney 3 (KI3), situated on the inner side of the ankle, just behind the bone. This point nourishes your kidney Yin, supporting your overall balance and energy levels, which is essential for joint health. As you visualize these points, imagine a warm, healing light radiating from each location, infusing your body with energy, flexibility, and comfort.
