As you continue to settle into this deep state of relaxation, bring awareness to the heart area, where HT7, known as Shenmen, is located. This point is found on the wrist, just below the little finger, in the crease. Visualize this point calming your mind, easing tension, and promoting serenity within. Shenmen is associated with calming the spirit and is crucial for addressing anxiety and emotional distress. Next, focus on PC6, or Neiguan, located on the inner forearm, approximately two finger widths above the wrist crease, between the two tendons. Imagine this point regulating your emotions, providing a gentle wave of balance to your heart and mind. Neiguan helps in alleviating feelings of panic and unease, nurturing emotional stability. Now, shift your attention to BL15, or Xinshu, found on the back, at the level of the fifth thoracic vertebra, approximately one and a half finger widths from the spine. Visualize Xinshu soothing your heart, releasing any lingering tension and discomfort. This point is essential for nurturing the heart's vitality, allowing you to let go of past traumas. Lastly, bring your awareness to GV20, known as Baihui, located at the top of your head, where the centerline of your body meets the line of your ears. Envision Baihui uplifting your Qi, clearing mental fog, and bringing clarity and lightness to your thoughts. This point enhances your connection to the higher self, fostering a sense of tranquility and optimism. With each breath, allow the calming effects of these points to wash over you. Inhale deeply, envisioning calmness spreading through your body, and exhale any tension or anxiety. Let the energy from these points harmonize within you, restoring balance and promoting healing. Continue to breathe deeply, integrating the soothing qualities of HT7, PC6, BL15, and GV20 into your being. Allow this natural process to unfold, guiding you toward a state of peace and well-being. Trust in the power of this ancient wisdom as you move toward a place of healing. To comment, subscribe to the newsletter and get exclusive BioCoherence offers, please create a free account
