Focus your awareness on the points of connection within your body that support your hearing and overall well-being.Imagine your TH17 point, located just behind your earlobe, gently soothing the ears. This point helps to improve ear function and can ease sensations of ringing. As you breathe deeply, visualize the energy flowing to this area, promoting clarity and balance.
Now, bring your attention to GB2, found just in front of your ear, below the bony part of your skull. This point further enhances ear health and supports the clarity of sound. Envision bright, healing light enveloping this area, allowing your ears to open up and absorb the world around you.
Shift your focus to KI3, located on the inside of your ankle, just behind the bony prominence. This point nourishes your kidneys, which in Traditional Chinese Medicine are believed to be vital for hearing.
