Visualize the animal before you, resting comfortably, as you begin to focus on the key acupuncture points that will help alleviate general anemia and fatigue.Start with ST36, located on the front of the hind leg, about four finger widths below the knee, on the outer side. This point is known to boost Qi, providing energy and vitality to the body.
Next, find SP6, located on the inner side of the hind leg, about three finger widths above the ankle. This point nourishes the blood, supporting overall health and well-being.
Move your attention to BL17, located along the spine, near the lower back. This point invigorates the blood, helping to enhance circulation and vitality.
Now, focus on BL20, situated on the lower back, just below the ribs, near the spine. This point strengthens the spleen, which plays a crucial role in digestion and nutrient absorption.
Finally, visualize CV12, located in the center of the abdomen, just below the ribcage. This point supports digestion, ensuring that the body receives the nutrients it needs to thrive.
As you hold these points in your mind, visualize a warm, gentle energy radiating from each point, harmonizing and balancing the body's systems. Imagine this energy flowing through the animal, invigorating the Qi, nourishing the blood, and enhancing digestion.
Picture the animal becoming more vibrant and full of life, as the energy from these points works together to restore balance. See the color returning to its coat, the brightness in its eyes, and the strength in its movements.
Breathe deeply, feeling a sense of calm and assurance that this natural healing process is taking place. Allow the energy to envelop the entire body, creating a sense of peace and vitality.
Continue to visualize this healing energy, knowing that with each breath, you are supporting the animal in achieving its perfect state of health and well-being.
