This general animal recipe uses ST36 to boost Qi, GB34 to relax tendons, BL57 (Chengshan) for muscle, SP6 to nourish Yin, and LR3 to soothe liver. It aids muscle recovery in animals. Contraindications: Avoid SP6 in pregnancy; gentle for animals.

Move to SP6, situated on the inside of the hind leg, above the ankle. This point nourishes and balances energy. As you focus on this area, imagine it filling with warmth and nourishment, enhancing your animal's overall well-being. Remember to be gentle with this point if your animal is pregnant.

Finally, visualize LR3, found on the hind leg, between the first and second toes. This point is essential for calming and soothing the liver, promoting emotional balance and relaxation. Picture a gentle breeze flowing through this area, helping your animal release any tension and stress.

As you visualize these points, breathe deeply, inhaling calmness and exhaling any discomfort. With each breath, imagine the healing light flowing through your animal's body, balancing energy and restoring harmony. Envision your animal moving freely, feeling strong and healthy, as the energy circulates smoothly through these key areas.
