As you focus on your animal, visualize its presence and the specific areas of its body where you will direct your intention. Picture the location of each acupuncture point:

PC6, or Neiguan, is found on the inner foreleg, about two fingerbreadths from the wrist joint. This point helps regulate the flow of energy in the chest, easing discomfort and promoting calmness.

HT7, or Shenmen, is located at the wrist crease, just beneath the little finger. This point is known for calming the heart, reducing anxiety, and fostering emotional balance.

CV17, or Danzhong, is positioned in the center of the chest, at the level of the fourth rib. It opens the chest, allowing for better breathing and a sense of openness in the heart space.

BL15, or Xinshu, is found along the spine, at the level of the fifth thoracic vertebra. This point soothes the heart, enhancing its strength and stability.

LU9, or Taiyuan, is located at the wrist, on the radial side of the artery. This point supports lung energy, promoting deep, nourishing breaths.

As you visualize these points, imagine healing light radiating from each location, harmonizing the energy within your animal. Envision the chest opening and the heart growing calm. Picture a soothing wave of relaxation flowing through your animal, easing any discomfort, palpitations, or shortness of breath.

Breathe deeply together, inhaling tranquility and exhaling tension. With each breath, allow the energy at these points to balance, restoring your animal to a state of peace and vitality.
