BioCoherence Meditation
Focus your awareness on your body and the specific points we will be working with today to support kidney health.Begin with KI3, located on the inside of the ankle, just behind the inner ankle bone. This point helps to tonify the kidneys, strengthening their function and energy. Visualize a warm, nourishing light at this point, bringing vitality and support to your kidneys.
Next, bring your attention to BL23, found on your lower back, approximately at the level of your lower ribs, about 2 inches from the spine. This point strengthens the kidneys and reinforces their ability to manage fluid balance and waste elimination. Envision a grounding energy flowing from this point, stabilizing your entire lower back and enhancing kidney strength.
Now, shift your focus to SP6, located on the inner side of your lower leg, about four fingers above the ankle bone, just behind the shinbone. This point nourishes the Yin energy, which is vital for balancing the body's fluids and alleviating symptoms like edema. As you concentrate here, imagine a soothing, calming energy enveloping this area, promoting overall balance and nurturing.
Next, direct your awareness to ST36, situated about four fingers below the knee, on the outer side of the shinbone. This point boosts Qi, the life force energy that supports your body's functions. Visualize a vibrant, energizing light radiating from this point, filling you with strength and vitality, enhancing your resilience against fatigue.
Lastly, focus on CV4, located just below your navel, in the center of your abdomen. This point tonifies the lower jiao, which is essential for kidney and reproductive health. Picture a warm, comforting glow at this center, fostering a deep sense of stability and wellness throughout your lower abdomen.
As you hold each of these points in your mind, breathe deeply and visualize the interconnectedness of these energies. Feel the warmth and strength flowing through your kidneys, nourishing them, and harmonizing your entire body. Allow this energy to circulate through you, washing away any imbalances or concerns related to diabetic nephropathy.
With each breath, invite in balance and tranquility, gently guiding your body towards its perfect state of health. Embrace this healing energy and let it work within you, naturally and effortlessly bringing your body back into harmony.
