This general animal recipe uses GB34 to relax tendons, ST36 to boost Qi, BL60 to relieve pain, SP9 to resolve damp, and BL11 to tonify bones. It reduces arthritis pain in animals. Contraindications: Gentle needling for animals.

Begin with GB34, located just below the knee on the outer side of the leg. This point is known for relaxing tendons and promoting smooth movement. Imagine a warm, soothing light enveloping this area, easing tension and allowing for greater flexibility.

Next, bring your awareness to ST36, situated about four fingerbreadths below the kneecap, one fingerbreadth to the outside of the shinbone. This point is vital for boosting overall energy and vitality, filling your animal with a sense of strength and rejuvenation. Picture a radiant energy flowing from this point, energizing their entire body.

Now focus on BL60, located behind the outer ankle bone. This point is excellent for relieving pain. Visualize a gentle wave of comfort washing over this area, dissipating any discomfort and replacing it with warmth and relief.

Shift your attention to SP9, found on the inner side of the leg, just below the knee. This point helps to resolve dampness, which can contribute to joint stiffness. Envision a cleansing light radiating from this point, clearing away any heaviness and promoting fluid movement.

Lastly, direct your mind to BL11, located near the spine, around the shoulder blade area. This point is known for tonifying bones and supporting joint health. Imagine a nourishing energy spreading from this point, strengthening the bones and providing them with the support they need to thrive.

As you visualize these points and their healing effects, breathe deeply. With each inhale, draw in healing energy; with each exhale, release any pain or discomfort. Allow your animal to feel this warmth and light permeating their body, restoring balance and harmony.
